Q: How long does your machine’s working life can be , how about the quality warranty ?
A: It is 1 year quality warranty on spare parts, the normal working life is at less 3-5 years under properly working situation.
Q: Do you have any certificate for your machines ?
A: Yes, our machines covers ETL,CE certificate and passed UL, NSF, LVD testing as well.
Q: How about the Voltage and Plug, is it suitable to my country ?
A: We produce our machines according to different countries Voltage and customized the plug.
Q: What kinds of compressor and how about its refrigerant ?
A: We have Panasonic and Embraco compressor for choice, the corresponding refrigerant are R410a and R404a.
Q: How about packing and transportation for my machines ? How long it can arrive my side?
A: We packed all our machines by plywood case with soft foam material to protect inside, 1 unit in 1 plywood case, we ship my machine to buyer's door by local truck or by sea or by air, if by air or by local truck, it take about 5-10 days to arrive your door, if by sea, it take about 25-35 days to arrive your door.
Q: How about the payment term and how long you can deliver ?
A:We accept payment by Wire Transfer ,Credit card,Payapl, normally it take about 5-10 days for the shipping after your payment.
Q: Can I have the recipe for ice cream ?
A: Yes, we can help you and provide some kinds of recipe to you after delivery
Q: Can I buy other facilities for my store ?
A: Of course, we have one stop opening store service to help you start your business, we can provide different kinds of
necessary facilities such as Bar stood, Cup, Color changed Spoon, Ceiling fans, Light Box, Lighting ,etc. for your choice.
